Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Our nervous systems frazzled, our minds overstimulated, our energy pulled in a hundred directions.

So on my walk this morning, I felt inspired to keep things simple… and I’d love you to join me.

? Saturday 14th March – Coastal Walk

We’ll meet at 10:00am at the Edro Shipwreck.

From there, we’ll take a leisurely walk along the stunning Sea Caves coastline, breathing in fresh air, moving our bodies gently, and enjoying good company.

☕ We’ll stop at Olive Tree Beach for a coffee, smoothie or water.
? Continue on to Agios Georgios and stop at PHOS for lunch.
? On our return, we can pause at Sentieros for a cocktail, cold beer, glass of wine… or whatever takes your fancy.

We’ll finish back at the shipwreck — full of fresh air, good food, great conversation, and that beautiful feeling that comes from being in nature together.

No pressure. No agenda. Just community, coastline and connection.
